I Lost Weight Eating Fast Food for 7 Days

Remember the documentary Super Size Me? It’s a lie. I ate fast food for 7 days and lost weight. And I’m pissed I couldn’t get a supersized soda and fries.

Morgan Spurlock, the director and star of Super Size Me ate over 5,000 calories a day at McDonalds. No wonder he gained weight.

I thought it would be fun to eat fast food for a week at a reasonable calorie intake and see if I could lose weight. It turned out to be extremely fun. I ate about 1,700 – 1,800 calories a day under the one meal a day (OMAD) diet, which is a form of intermittent fasting. I ended up losing between 2-3lbs at the end of the week. Here’s what I ate:
